Nov 13
Today's session is looking at The parable of the 10 bridesmaids.

The Bible reading is Matthew 25 v1-13

Discussion point:: What do you think that this parable is teaching us? Where the bridesmaids expecting to wait for such along time for the bridegroom to arrive?

How do you keep your love and light shinning for God and others around us.?

What can we do differently to be better Christians?

Our worship songs today are:

Today we also reflect on Remembrance Sunday about all the armed forces personnel and soldiers who have fought to protect us to try and bring peace to our country. We remembrance those who gave their lives to serve our country and ever come home. We think of all those who are missing a love one due to war and conflict.. We ask for peace in all war torn areas and that all those fleeing these areas are brought safely to their destination where they can live in peace without fear. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen

O God of truth and justice,
we hold before you those men and women
who have died in active service:
in Iraq, in Afghanistan and elsewhere.
As we honor their courage and cherish their memory,
may we put our faith in your future;
for you are the source of life and hope,
now and for ever.
Amen.
