Facilities Hire

We welcome your enquiries and do make our facilities available for hire to community groups and for private functions. Please contact the Parish Office for information on rates and to access application forms.

* During COVID-19, we may be unable to hire out our premises due to various additional health and safety reasons. For enquiries, please contact our Parish Administrator, either Tel: 01707 694191(Wed to Fri 09:30 to 12:00) or e-mail: admin@stfranciswgc.org.uk

Parish Room

A useful space for meetings and small gatherings of up to 15 people. It has its own kitchen and toilet facilities. Free WiFi is provided as part of the hire. 

Church Hall

The hall is suitable for parties, classes and large receptions, and can easily accommodate over 100 people. It includes a recently renovated kitchen and modern toilets (with accessible toilet and baby change facilities). The hall has a separate entrance from the Church as well as direct access into the Church itself. Free WiFi is provided as part of the hire.
