What will we need?
⭐️ Yellow Paint
Make your own if you haven’t got any:
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- Few drops of food colouring
This is enough for this craft, repeat if needed
⭐️ Paint tray or plate
⭐️ Paper/Card
⭐️ Pencil
⭐️ Old magazine (optional)
⭐️ Googly eyes (optional)
⭐️ Plastic/Metal Folk
⭐️ Glue
⭐️ Scissors
1. Place your paper/card somewhere flat and draw a circle (you can draw round something if you like)
2. Dip your fork into the paint so the back is covered and use it to print onto your paper so the pointed edge points towards the outside of the circle as much as you can
3. Repeat step 2 until your circle of filled. You can rotate your paper/card round to make it easier for you
4. Let your paint dry
5. Add an orange nose and feet using cut up pieces from a magazine or use coloured in paper or card
6. If you have googly eyes add them to your chick or you can make your own eyes to stick one with glue or simply draw them on
