Both 8am and 9:15am Eucharist services are presided by Rev’d Susan Marsh. This evening we have ‘Frankie’s @5’ our informal worship service, suitable for all ages led by Mr. Graham Bloye.
Worship services, community activities and events take place as usual even as St Francis continues in vacancy. We are very lucky to welcome retired and guest ministers (including a Bishop or two!) who come to preach and celebrate with us. We give thanks to God for their love and support. Our PCC is hard at work on our Parish Profile but the recruitment of a new priest is a long process. If you have a query about Baptisms, Banns or Funerals, please contact our Parish Office.
Come as before or if you are new, welcome. We offer the following worship services:
Tuesday @1930 Said Eucharist
Wednesday @1030 Said Eucharist Most Wednesday services will be a Said Eucharist except for one, now and then as Morning Prayer led a lay member or Reader.
Wednesday @2000 via Zoom Prayer Group
Frankie’s @5 informal Worship Service on the first Sunday (Next service: 5 Oct)
Choral Evensong @1800 usually on the fourth Sunday Follows traditional pattern in The Book of Common Prayer and consists of choral music (psalms, canticles, and anthems) in the rich Anglican musical tradition, scripture readings, and prayers. This service provides a time for quiet reflection. (Next service: 21 Sep)
