I managed to get the service last Sunday but today it is saying ‘video unavailable’ which is very disappointing.

I keep getting press play but there does not seem to be anywhere to do this.

Hi Pamela,
You should be able to watch now. Press the play on the screen and watch and wait.
I did manage it eventually but missed the beginning and the blessing of the palms but was able to see Liz’s very meaningful sermon. I expect it was just me or have others found the same.
