8am Said Eucharist and 9.15am Parish Communion
For now St Francis remains in vacancy but we are lovingly supported by serving and retired clergy who come to preside over our worship services. Worship services, community activities and events continue very much as usual.
We are delighted to announce that Revd Tricia Reed has been appointed as Interim Priest-in-Charge and her Licensing and Installation Service will take place at 7.30pm on Monday 7 September.
We offer the following worship services:
Tuesday @1930 Said Eucharist
Wednesday @1030 Said Eucharist (occasionally Non-Eucharist)
Wednesday @2000 via Zoom Prayer Group
Frankie’s @5 informal Worship Service on the first Sunday (Next service: September tbc)
Choral Evensong @1800 usually on the fourth Sunday
Follows traditional pattern in The Book of Common Prayer and consists of choral music (psalms, canticles, and anthems) in the rich Anglican musical tradition, scripture readings, and prayers. This service provides a time for quiet reflection. (Next service: September tbc)
