Jesus was telling His disciples to ask for the things they needed and God would listen to them. All they had to do was ask. Never give up asking if it is important.It is interesting that the order that Jesus tells His disciples to ask God for their desires spells the word ASK: Ask, Seek, Knock. This may help us to remember. Father God, Thank you that you sent your Son to teach us how to pray to you. That you are always there listening to us, guiding us and helping us to be better people. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen
